🧭 The Challenge
The Metropolitan Planning Commission (MPC) plays a crucial role in guiding Savannah-Chatham County’s growth and development—but many newly appointed commission members arrive with only a surface-level understanding of its history, purpose, and responsibilities.
The MPC needed an engaging, informative orientation video that could break down decades of context into something digestible and dynamic, especially for those unfamiliar with planning terminology or agency structure. The content had to be clear enough for onboarding, but meaningful enough to hold long-term relevance.

Mindful Media Consulting was tasked with taking a script and series of interviews and transforming them into a polished, well-paced, and branded visual experience. Our approach focused on three key goals:
